Organization
Jubilee Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our hospitality program is funded through donations from individuals, churches, and other organizations, whom we consider to be “partners” with us in our work. Donations to Jubilee are tax-deductible, and Jubilee’s audited financial records are available to the public.
The staff of Jubilee Partners live on property alongside the families that we host. Jubilee staff members do not receive conventional salaries; instead, everyone who lives at Jubilee is provided with housing, food, transportation, and other essentials, along with a modest living allowance. By providing for our needs in this way, we are able to keep our expenses quite low and so be good stewards of the donations we receive. This economic arrangement also is our way of trying to live in the spirit of simplicity and sharing that we find in the gospel and in the early church.
The Jubilee Partners Board of Directors provides organizational oversight as well as counsel, prayer, and other support to members of our community. Jubilee Partners is a part of the Shalom Mission Communities, a network of Christian intentional communities who support one another through pastoral visitations, friendship, and prayer.
